Our store sells high-quality porcelain figurines, which are delivered to customers worldwide, including the USA. We strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality and guarantee that the return and exchange process will be as convenient and transparent as possible.
2. Return Conditions:
We accept returns in cases where the product is defective or damaged during delivery. In the case of a return, the customer will be refunded the full cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.
3. Return Period:
You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact our customer support before this period expires to begin the return process.
4. Return Conditions:
· The figurine must be in its original condition, without any signs of damage, scratches, or other defects that occurred after receiving the product.
· The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transportation.
· To return the product, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt copy, or email confirmation).
5. Return Process:
· Contact our customer support by email (bullyberries@gmail.com) or phone to inform us of your intention to return the product.
· We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to our store. The return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to defects or damage to the product.
· After receiving the return, we will inspect the product, and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed to your account within 7-10 business days.
6. Return for Damaged Goods:
If the product was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged packaging and product to speed up the return or exchange process.
7. Exceptions:
Figurines that were custom-ordered or have personalized elements are not eligible for return, except in cases where the product was damaged by the delivery service.
